Account Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your House Hub account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at support@househubapp.com and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
- A request stating that you would like your account deleted
What Happens Next
- Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- We may contact you to verify your identity
- Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed
What Data Is Deleted
- User profile information
- Properties and spaces
- Photos and uploaded files
- Documents
- Maintenance records
Data Retention
Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Backup data may remain for up to 30 days before final removal.
